Many of the classes have started math centers. Students are working with the manipulatives to see how they might use them both in play and mathematically.
Great idea to create an anchor chart together so students have very clear expectations of what should happen during center time.
Students in Mrs. Girse's class were sharing how they used manipulatives at their center. Love the idea of letting the kids "play" first to build and create so that they are ready to get to business when center time officially begins.
